This is the guy who wants Death Panels? Whose health care plan is equivalent to the Holocaust? The new Hitler, the new Stalin, the unAmerican Anti-Christ? The media may eat it up, but the cognitive dissonance is clearly too much for the majority of Americans. A tumultuous and yet basically calmer year later, apart from an increasingly dangerous fringe.
